How to invoice with Smart

Pre-register your assignment

Before you send in an invoice, we need to know in advance what you will be invoicing for, so that you will be insured during working hours. Submit your pre-registration to: kontakt@smartcoop.se and include the following information:
 

  • The client's contact details

  • Your name

  • Which date/period

  • Assignment description

  • Replacement

Register or log in

If you already have an account, click on the top right corner of our page to log in. Otherwise, register on the button next to it.

Create your invoice

Create an invoice by adding your client first. Then fill in the rest of the page. At the end you will find a tab called COMPENSATION, where you can deduct costs for:
 

  • Milage

  • Expenses

  • Per diem

The invoice is ready!

When you have saved the invoice, you will see its status in your overview. Either sent for approval, sent/pending salary or done.

Smart always takes care of social security contributions, bookkeeping, VAT and your tax payments so you don't have to think about it.
